Build a sophisticated AI-powered agentic customer support assistant using LangChain and LangGraph by designing an autonomous system based on the ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) framework. The objective is to develop a modular, object-oriented architecture that can dynamically select tools to solve complex queries, integrate structured data (CSV) and unstructured data (PDFs) into a unified knowledge layer, and progressively implement components including data pipelines, vector knowledge base, and analytical tools, culminating in a fully interactive Streamlit application capable of handling real-world customer scenarios.
